A JPEG or PNG at 200 × 200 pixels, no larger than 18 KB, on a white background, with your face filling 70–80% of the frame, in formal attire matching your passport photo. Our tool produces exactly this.
Usually a few seconds. You upload, pay the one-time fee, and the finished photo appears with a download button. A copy of the receipt and photo is emailed to you as well.
When processing completes, a "Download Photo" button appears. Click it to save the file to your device, then upload that file in the Nusuk app.

Yes. Both ask for 200 × 200 pixels on a plain white background with the face at 70–80%. The Saudi eVisa allows 5–100 KB, so a file built for the tighter Nusuk 18 KB ceiling passes comfortably.
Report it through the Report Rejection form with the message you received. We correct the photo by hand for free until it is accepted, or issue a full refund — your choice.
