Then we owe you. Tell us and we will correct it by hand, free, for as long as it takes to be accepted — or refund you in full. Your journey matters more than our fee.
Getting "Passport attachment is not valid" in Nusuk? Upload a photo of your passport, frame the whole bio-data page, and download it within the 800×400 pixel limit. This tool is plain JavaScript running in your browser — your passport never leaves your device.
Nusuk checks every photo automatically, against rules that leave no room at all. These four failures cause almost every rejection — and none of them are your fault. We resolve all four in one pass.
The same file satisfies your Nusuk application, your Umrah visa and your Saudi tourist visa — all three ask for a 200×200 photo on a white background with your face at 70–80% of the frame. Prepare it once, use it everywhere. This is exactly what you receive:
Your passport scan never leaves your device — that tool runs entirely in your browser. Your portrait is handled once and kept by nobody, including us. There is no photo library here to leak. Read our privacy policy.

Nusuk, the Umrah visa and the Saudi tourist visa all ask for the same thing: 200 × 200 pixels, plain white behind you, your face filling 70–80% of the frame. Prepare it once to the strictest of the three and every form stops asking twice.

If a photo we prepared is refused by Nusuk for technical reasons, we correct it by hand, free, until it is accepted — or refund you in full. No conditions, no argument. That is the whole policy.
Nusuk checks photos automatically and the checks are unforgiving: the image must be 200 × 200 pixels, no larger than 18 KB, on a white background, with your face filling 70–80% of the frame and your attire matching your passport photo. If a single rule fails — by one pixel or one kilobyte — the photo is refused, usually without telling you which rule. We fix all of them at once.
200 × 200 pixels, up to 18 KB. Nusuk states the dimensions as a maximum, so producing exactly 200 × 200 is the safe choice. Most phone photos are thousands of pixels wide and several megabytes large, which is why uploading one directly always fails.
Both. Nusuk lists "PNG or JPG" as accepted formats for the personal photo, the passport page and the proof of residence. JPEG is still the safer choice because it compresses far more efficiently, which matters when the ceiling is 18 KB — but a PNG is not rejected for being a PNG.
You do not need to re-shoot against a white wall — and re-shooting rarely helps, because cameras record indoor white walls as grey or cream. Upload any clear portrait and you will get it back on a clean white background with your face untouched.
No. Your passport scan is never uploaded at all — that tool runs entirely in your browser. Your portrait passes through once over an encrypted connection and is retained by nobody, including us. There is no photo database to breach, because we never built one. When you close the tab, nothing of yours remains.
Yes. The Saudi eVisa specification asks for 200 × 200 pixels on a plain white background with the face at 70–80% of the frame — the same geometry Nusuk requires, with a more generous file-size allowance of 5–100 KB. A file that satisfies Nusuk satisfies both visa applications too.
We correct it by hand for free until it is accepted, or refund you in full — your choice. Use the "Report Rejection" form, attach the message you received, and we respond within 24 hours.
No. Umrah Photos is an independent tool operated by Nusuk Services. We are not affiliated with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah or the official Nusuk platform — we simply prepare photos that meet their published technical requirements.
